Looking for Missing Points?

We get lots of purchases on a daily basis and unfortunately a small number of them don’t process correctly.

We can help by submitting a claim directly with the store providing you give us some information. If after 5 days your transaction hasn’t processed as pending, simply complete the Missing Points Claim form.

We’ll add a pending purchase to your account and submit your claim with the retailers. All retailers have their own timelines to review claims but we expect the retailers to investigate and respond within 120 days. To ensure your shopping transactions are successful and earning you points, make sure you follow the best practice guidelines listed under FAQs.

How do I use the Wyndham Rewards shopping site?

You can earn Wyndham Rewards points by completing purchases at participating retailers when you shop online through the Wyndham Rewards shopping site. You need to be a Wyndham Rewards member in order to earn Wyndham Rewards points through the shopping site. Not a Wyndham Rewards member? Join now.

Yes, you need to be a Wyndham Rewards member to earn Wyndham Rewards points. As long as you're a Wyndham Rewards member and have signed in to your account, you’ll earn Wyndham Rewards points when you access the retailer's site through the Wyndham Rewards shopping site.

You can browse the Wyndham Rewards shopping site without being a member, however, you’ll need to sign in to a Wyndham Rewards account in order to earn Wyndham Rewards points for purchases at participating retailers. Not a Wyndham Rewards member? Join now.

How do I start shopping and earning?

  • Access the Wyndham Rewards shopping site and make sure you're signed in to your Wyndham Rewards account.
  • You must enable your Internet browser cookies, disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” and turn off Ad-block extension.
  • Choose the retailer you'd like to shop with and click the "Shop Now" button.
  • You must accept the retailer site cookies to be sure your points are awarded to your Account.
  • Remember: You must sign in and click through to the retailer's site from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site every time you shop in order to track your Wyndham Rewards points.

No, you will not spend any more by using our site—and you'll get the added benefit of earning Wyndham Rewards points. You'll pay the same prices as shopping directly with the retailers, so you won't miss out on any of their special offers. By using our site, you can earn Wyndham Rewards points on every qualifying purchase.

Yes, if you are a member of a retailer's own loyalty program, you will still earn Wyndham Rewards points on your purchase as long as you start your shopping session from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site.

We recommend that you remove any previously saved items from your cart and re-add them after you have clicked through to the retailer directly from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site. If you don’t remove previously saved items from your cart or start a new shopping session directly from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site, you may not receive your Wyndham Rewards points.

  • It can take up to 5 business days for a purchase to display as “Pending.”

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your Wyndham Rewards points:

  • Make sure you sign in to your Wyndham Rewards account before clicking on the “Shop Now” button on the Wyndham Rewards shopping site.
  • Complete your purchase online, all in one session.
  • If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the retailer site window and start the process again, beginning from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site.
  • Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.
  • If you're buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote. Don't retrieve a saved one or use a renewal offer if you're already a policy-holder.
  • Don’t click on another banner or website promoting the retailer before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so.   • Don't use "refer a friend" programs - this changes the referrer.

Wyndham Rewards points can be canceled for a number of reasons. The most common are:

  • You have returned the products you purchased to the retailer.
  • Your payment failed or you didn’t meet the requirements of the retailer’s credit check.
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine.
  • Your last click with this retailer didn’t originate from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site.
  • Your transaction didn’t meet the retailer’s terms and conditions.
  • If a coupon code is used that is not listed on the Wyndham Rewards shopping site, no Wyndham Rewards points will be earned.

Sorry, but we’re unable to allocate Wyndham Rewards points for any purchases that did not originate from the Wyndham Rewards shopping site. The next time you shop, be sure to access the retailer’s website via the Wyndham Rewards shopping site so we can track your visit and allocate Wyndham Rewards points.

  • When you buy something from a retailer, the transaction will appear in your Wyndham Rewards shopping site Transaction History as “Pending” within 5 business days.
  • We’ll confirm the transaction with the retailer before updating the transaction status to "Approved." This process can take up to 45 days, but some retailers may take up to 120 days and all transactions are subject to the retailer’s Terms & Conditions.
  • Once “Approved,” the Wyndham Rewards points will be posted to your Wyndham Rewards account within 24 hours.

The Wyndham Rewards shopping site will clearly outline how many Wyndham Rewards points you’ll earn for purchases at participating retailers. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of Wyndham Rewards points earned per $1 spent at the retailer.

  • For example, if the retailer is offering 2 Wyndham Rewards points per $1 spent, and your transaction total is $50 (excluding any taxes and shipping), you can expect to receive 100 Wyndham Rewards points.
  • At some retailers, you may not earn Wyndham Rewards points per $1 spent, but rather a certain number of Wyndham Rewards points for a single purchase, or by registering for a service with that retailer. In this instance, you’ll receive Wyndham Rewards points for that one action, but not for subsequent actions or purchases on that retailer’s site.

Wyndham Rewards points are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.

Yes. You can see whether your points are “Pending,” “Approved,” or “Canceled” within your account.

Each retailer decides the number of Wyndham Rewards points earned for shopping with them. Be sure to check out how many Wyndham Rewards points the retailer is offering before completing your purchase.

Earn rates can go up and down, and some retailers may offer bonus offers from time to time. The current earning rate is always displayed on the Wyndham Rewards shopping site, so remember to check the current rate to know how many Wyndham Rewards points you’ll earn.

We’re constantly looking for new retailers to add to our site, so if you know of a great online service or shop that you’d like to see added, please let us know.

You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would do directly with the retailer, subject to the retailer’s terms & conditions. However, you will not earn Wyndham Rewards points for any canceled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after Wyndham Rewards points have been posted to your Wyndham Rewards account, we reserve the right to deduct such Wyndham Rewards points from your account.

From time to time, retailers may decide they no longer wish to participate on the Wyndham Rewards shopping site and offer Wyndham Rewards points to members. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our site.

At this time, Wyndham Rewards points cannot be used to make purchases through the Wyndham Rewards shopping site. Any Wyndham Rewards points earned through the Wyndham Rewards shopping site will be posted to your Wyndham Rewards account and can be redeemed toward award travel and services offered through the Wyndham Rewards program.

Will I be contacted by any of your retailers?

The Wyndham Rewards shopping site will not share any personal information about you with our retailers. However, please note that when you click a “Shop Now” link to a retailer, you will leave the Wyndham Rewards shopping site completely and be subject to that retailer’s terms & conditions. If you share your details with a retailer, they may contact you.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You will need your Wyndham Rewards account number or User ID and your password to sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, please click Forgot Password on the main Wyndham Rewards sign in page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
