Wyndham Rewards Spring Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

• Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).
• Wyndham Rewards Members located in the United States and the United Kingdom will receive Wyndham Rewards bonus points as more specifically set forth below (a “Bonus”), pursuant to this offer (“Bonus Points Offer”) for their first Offer Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) made between 5:30 AM ET May 1, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET May 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
• For purposes of these Promotion Terms, “Offer Qualifying Purchase” means a Member’s purchase that is made:
  • (a) from a single retailer on www.wyndhamrewards.com/shopping in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Collinson Latitude Ltd shopping site found here (the “Shopping Site Terms”);
  • (b) while signed in to their Wyndham Rewards account;
  • (c) during a single shopping session; and
  • (d) amounts to at least US$25.00 (excluding taxes and shipping).
• Exact number of Wyndham Rewards bonus points a Member receives will depend on the amount of their Offer Qualifying Purchase. Subject to all Promotion Terms, Offer Qualifying Purchases amounting to
  • US$25.00 – US$49.99 (excluding taxes and shipping) will receive 250 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;
  • US$50.00 – US$99.99 (excluding taxes and shipping) will receive 500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and
  • $100.00 or more will receive 1,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.
• LIMIT: One Bonus total per eligible Member, regardless of Bonus amount and/or number of purchases made during the Promotion Period. For example, and without limiting the foregoing, a Member who earns a Bonus of 250 Wyndham Rewards points will be ineligible for any other Bonus, even if they complete subsequent purchases on www.wyndhamrewards.com/shopping during the Promotion Period in amounts totalling between US$50.00 – US$99.99 and/or $100 or more.
• Bonus will be posted to Member account within 45 days following the completion of applicable Offer Qualifying Purchase. All purchases are subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions. Any purchase that is returned or exchanged does not count as an Offer Qualifying Purchase, and Wyndham Rewards reserves the right to remove any Bonus awarded in connection therewith from the account(s) of the applicable Member(s).
• For clarity, any purchase that is completed before or after the Promotion Period (as defined above), will not be counted towards the 2,000 Bonus Points Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile will earn Wyndham Rewards points in accordance with the Shopping Site Terms and these Promotion Terms.
• The Bonus Points Offer is not transferable and may not be substituted for any other offer. The Bonus Points Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, sale, discount or other offer. In the event an Offer Qualifying Purchase qualifies for any other promotion or offer which would yield greater points earning for a Member than would be realized pursuant to this 2,000 Bonus Points Offer (a “Better Offer”), the Better Offer will prevail.
• Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the Bonus Points Offer without notice. The Bonus Points Offer is subject to the Shopping Site Terms in addition to these Promotion Terms, and is void outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and where prohibited.
